Elaine Tobin - Lead Facilitator

Who is Elaine?

Elaine is an experienced & qualified facilitator, programme creator and social care practitioner. She specialises in the empowerment of children and young people. Elaine is passionate about the value of instilling and developing emotional intelligence to help children achieve their goals, thrive and be happy!

She connects well with children, is deeply empathetic and understands the challenges that children face today.

Elaine's qualifications?

Elaine holds an honours degree in Applied Social Studies and qualifications in Childcare Education. She continues to develop her expertise in the area of emotional well being in children and is currently studying a Postgraduate in Play Therapy with the Academy of Play and Child Psychotherapy in collaboration with National University of Ireland Galway (NUIG).


Elaine's experience?

Elaine has spent the last 10 years of her career working with children.  She has experience in primary school teaching in an International School in UAE, upon returning home she moved her focus to the area of child protection, mental health and family support. She currently also coaches children gymnastics and leads youth development programmes. To offer the children within our programmes the highest quality learning, Elaine works in conjunction with a primary school teacher & a Leadership and Executive Coach to build the best material for each programme. Something we are very proud of!


Fun is a real priority for Elaine, she coaches and facilitates with a strength based approach putting the child's strengths at the forefront of every lesson.
